H5 Robotic System: Vacuum + Processing + H5 Robot
Closed top tank – 85’ diameter x 20’ height with 24” coned floor

Using a conventional material removal method this project would have taken 30 days and removed 133 bbl/day and required 300 hours of confined space entry. Using robotic systems the project took 29 days, removed 634.5 bbl/day for a total volume of 18,400 bbls removed with no confined space entry.

H5 Robotic System: Vacuum + Processing + H5 Robot Square Concrete Basin Tank

Using robotic systems the project took 8 days, removed 560 bbl/day for a total volume of 4,480 bbls removed with no confined space entry.

H5 Robotic System: Vacuum + Processing + H5 Robot Closed top tank – 63’ diameter x 32’ height

Using a conventional material removal method this project has taken 67 days and removed 150 bbl/day and required 670 hours of confined space entry. Using robotic systems the project took 11 days, removed 918 bbl/day for a total volume of 10,100 bbls removed with no confined space entry.
